I just found out I was pregnant a week ago. We decided to get past the first couple of months to make sure everything is well. We decided to announce the pregnancy on Christmas. They know we were trying to conceive so we want to do something fun to announce it!

I think you should get one of those Grandma memories books, where the grandma answers questions about their life so the baby will get an heirloom book full of memories from grandma when she turns 16 or 18 or whichever age you want to do it at. When the grandma to be opens it up she will realize what's going on, plus its a great gift for your baby to have later on. Those books can be priceless later in life. I have one my grandma filled out and it is one of my most valued possessions.

Aww! I saw the cutest picture frame at Kohls that would be great for this, it says Mommy + Daddy = Baby and has a space for a pic of each above the word. You could put an ultra sound pic in the baby part! Congrats and Good Luck

Wrap a bib or onesie that says something about being a gramma. I saw some onsies at Walmart that say, What happens at Grammas stays at Grammas....
Whe she opens the gift, it will be great to watch the look on her face as she puts 2 and 2 together.

You could get an ultrasound picture and frame it in something that says "worlds greatest grandma" or something along those lines and wrap it up and give to her as a present!

For our third we wrote a letter to "Grandma" wrapped it and put it under the tree. She was convinced it was a gift certificate! It said, "You don't know me yet, but I'm excited to meet you....see you in August!" We didn't sign our names. It took a bit for it to register and then since our whole family was together they were all trying to figure out who it was...
