That he feels more than just one thing for the girl.
Bitter & Sweet are opposites
He feels 2 contradicting ways about something...
If you listen to his side; the girl seems to have said some pretty bad things when they broke up..the song is saying he still loves her anyways
If you actually understood the things he was saying you wouldn't call it unnecessary.
You wouldn't call it a glorification of racial slurs, or violence if you understood, basically...shouldn't have answered if you don't know what you're talking about.

It's a really unnecessarily violent and graphic lyric discussing how he can't handle his woman breaking up with him. The physical shaking and drinking and racial slurs all being glorified really turn me off.
