I am wanting to know how much longer it will be before i go into labor or anyone have any ideals.

I've been dilated and effaced for almost 3 weeks now. There is really no predicting. :( Sorry!

I am 37 weeks and as of yesterday I am 2 centimeters and 60% effaced. I too am waiting for the big day.
My friends keep telling me--jokingly--to jump up and down, but I have read that bumpy car rides can help get labor going. Also, sex and orgazm can help. There is a hormone in sperm that helps to soften the cervix. Nipple stimulation (though it doesn't work for me) is also said to help labor begin.
How long ago did you lose your mucus plug? Usually they say when it goes, it can be two hours to two weeks before labor begins.

My boss was dilated to 2 for several weeks and having contractions for 2 weeks before her doctor finally induced her a couple of days before her due date.
