i didnt ask the doc so i take it once a day its not a big tablets its a small one so is it enough to take one a day i really dont know and is it a harm for the baby to take 2 aday

I don't think that it would be a harm to your baby if you took 2 per day, but one is all you really need. The size of the pill doesn't mean anything. They can pack a lot in a little pill. Ask your doctor before you take more than the directions tell you to take. All prenatals are different so read the labels and ask your doc.

It depends on the brand. Some brands say you have to take them 2 or 3 times a day. Mine says that I should take 2 pills, 1 time per day. Read the label on your vitamins and follow it. Taking more than directed could be harmful, since some things in vitamins are toxic if you have too much (like iron and vitamin A).

I buy over the counter prenatals, and the dosage is two pills once a day. So I take two pills before I go to bed.

You should only take them once a day. There are some vitamins that can be harmful if you ingest too much in a day.

ONCE A DAY IS ENOUGH. I HAVE THE BIG PURPLE ONES THAT ARE PRESCRIBED AND IT TELLS YOU TO ONLY TAKE ONE CAUSE MORE WILL HARM YOUR BABY.
