how much a taxi is roughly from southwark to haymarket, please any help appreciated

About £7 depending on the traffic.

Ask to be dropped of at the bottom end of the haymarket by east pall mall, that way you will not have to go round the one way system and back down again, thus saving about Â£2.00.

But on average about Â£7.00 sounds right.
