You could advertise in your local paper using a PO Box. You could respond to ads on the net.
The only thing I would caution you about is to get to know the other woman first without your husband around. She might have STI (sexuall transmitted infections) or a grade A stalker and you don't want that.
After you have made initial contact, meet for coffee at a local shop and chat to see if there is a chemistry. Then once you are comfortable, invite your husband in to the next coffee chat to see if he is willing or attracted to the woman. Do all of that outside of the home at a "neutral environment".
If neither party wants to continue - nothing lost.
It does take some time to build up a relationship. If the other woman is wanting to go go go then you should be saying no no no because there is generally something else going on if she wants to "do it quickly".
Good luck.

I have some serious advice for you here......
You have to ask WHY. If it's "something for him" - don't do it. If you REALLY want it - be prepared... this is breeding ground for big jealousy.
I much prefer swapping rather than threesomes. A lot of people try the fmf threesome first and it goes BADLY. Why? Because the thing usually turns into the guy and the other woman - with the wife on the sidelines. This is natural - as the husband is thrilled by the new flesh, and the new flesh is probably not really bi and wants the man. So that leaves the wife on the sidelines - fuming and jealous.
Many people I know who did this as their first event with a guest had it go badly for this reason. Be very careful. And DON'T be drunk.
EDIT After reading your other question 4 hours ago you have doubts as to your husband's fidelity and commitment to your marriage. DO NOT DO IT.

There are swinger sites where you can go to private parties and whatnot.
Either that or Adultfriendfinder.com. But be careful of STDs and psychos.
My husband and I are still toying with the idea. We're just horndogs, I guess.

Find a good swingers group that has an orientation session and ask questions. They have heard them all. Then if it you are still up for it go to a swingers party. DO NOT attempt to do it on your own, it is a disaster waiting to happen. Good luck.

Assuming you are both in agreement about this you should invite a woman that you both find attractive. Check your area for swinger groups and other kinksters.
It's a lot of fun. I hope it works out for you.

Simply ... don't. you may regret it and will only have you to blame. Isn't live and love already complicated as it is that people want to had more problems and potentially ruin what they have? Good Lord!

DON'T DO IT!! I know right now you think it sounds fun but statistics show that when couples bring someone else into the bedroom that relationship WILL NOT LAST. I know your thinking that will never happen in your relationship but thats what they all say! Please, Look deep before you leap!!! Trust me on this.
