Pot roast so tender u dont need a knife with mashed potatoes and home made gravy. Dinner rolls and corn on the cob. Then of course homemade strawberry shortcake with lots of whip cream! MMMMM YUMMY! its always good for an awesome cold roast beef and cheese sandwhich the next day!

Salmon casserole. A recipe my mom made up with canned salmon, rice, spinach and cheddar cheese. It's delicious.
I have tasted a cold forkful while waiting for my plate to heat up in the microwave the next day.

It is a toss up between lasagna, bakes macaroni and cheese (hmmm hmm good!!) and Fried liver!...I like breakfast foods anytime of the day too...its REALLY hard to say LOL

chicken livers, onion rings and good ale. my mothers pasta sauce and yes the next day too. any great fish like trout, braised in garlic, mushrooms and wine, w/ spanish rice. Excuse me I have to go eat.
