Entrance exam should not be ultimately important, no more after-school tutoring, and promote the Gardner's theory will make the educational system better. Those three systems will benefit students so students feel easier in the educational system. Educational system can't be perfect, but can benefit students. That's what the purpose of Education stands on; to benefit students.

Turn your paragraph around. It will be easier for the reader to comprehend with main thought first and examples then following. Always pretend that your audience is five years old. Then, your writing will be much more understandable for everyone. Here is an example with edits:

The purpose of an educational system is to benefit students. Although educational systems cannot be perfect, we can expect them to benefit students. Entrance examinations do not benefit students and are not ultimately important. After-school tutoring should be eliminated. And, Gardner's Theory should be practiced. No educational system can be perfect. But, we should expect them to benefit students.


Do not use contractions: . . . can't
Do not use abbreviations / slang: . . . exam
Capitalize the word "theory" when used with a name.

Your paragraph has three supportive examples. You presented those three examples all at once in one sentence. Do not do that. Present each supportive point as its own thought in its own sentence or paragraph, as in an essay.
