I don't think so. You see the emails but just as soon as you see them, you forget them. I don't think it is because people don't care about the missing child it is just because people have the notion that they will never actually see that missing kid for whatever reason to even report it. Also, many assume the kid is dead. What's the point of looking out for someone that you believe is no longer alive? It is really really sad but that is just my theory.
