I'm looking for a dramatic MALE monologue. I really need something strong, very strong and hopefully something that I can show my range of expression. I'd really like to have some tears in it. Any thoughts?

I'd suggest Tom's speech from "The Glass Menagerie". He has several that have a lot of emotion, maybe not tears, but ones that are more subtle, but really amazing if pulled off correctly.

try looking in the play death of a salesman...willy loman has a lot of monologs. (By, aurthor miller)

also try a rasin in the sun...there are plenty in that one also.
(by Lorraine Hansberry) (this is an all african american play)
