Yes, it wasn't too bad. I never had a problem getting good grades, my problem was showing up for school. I constantly skipped school from sixth grade and throughout high school. As punishment for being absent so much I had to go to summer school in sixth and seventh grade but I refused to go in eighth and I failed eighth grade too but because I was put in a program for students like me (the ones who had the brain for the work but not the will to show up) in ninth grade and that was the only reason I got into high school.

yup. when i was going into my junior year. we had taken a vacation in the middle of the school year and the school didn't like that. so the asst. principle was going to wipe out all my credits for my sophomore year if i didn't go to summer school. i could take any class i wanted and i took an Algebra 2 class and got one of the highest grades and i was the youngest. I almost didn't pass tho, b/c 2 weeks before the end i got into a really bad car accident and had to stay home for a couple days and my asst. principle wasn't going to accept the ER doctor's note.

I took summer courses when I as in college. That wasn't to get ahead it was just so I could complete my internship. It was through the school. Best summer of my life!!!!

No but I probably should have went a couple times!! But i'm from a small town and there really wasn't a summer school.

i went every year when i was in elementary school, but that was before summer school was because you failed a grade. we would got to the water park every day, have recess for like ever, do some random crafts and eat lunch ,then go home. it was just way way too much fun.

Only enrichment classes my Mom made me go to because she didn't want me to get "bored". I took typing in the summer.

omg! every year!! and the max classes! not because we were failing...i think my mom just wanted us out of the house and off our butts in the summer.
