i got hired at wal-mart about 3 months ago. they told me i am only allowed to miss 3 days of work in the first 6 months. well i took yesterday off also which made it the 4th time so far. do you think i will get fired when i go in today?

I dont think so because after the 3rd missed day they would have givin you a warning about missing 1 more before your 6 months are up good luck Let me know how goes joey..Lucinda

Walmart does have a No quit policy. They also point you a half of point for each day- atleast the one here does- my son works for them. U may get what they call a RELFECTION DAY which means they send u home with no pay and they want u to make a serious decision on whether u want to keep working for them or not. Talk to them, beg them if u want to keep your job, and hopefully they will give u another chance. Being this close to Xmas I doubt if they will fire u- they need the extra help too much

Make sure you steal me some french onion dip and lays ruffle's potatoe chips before you walk out that door man. I also need some underwear..grab me that too.

I've never worked at Walmart. But if that policy is clearly stated, and it says you will be terminated, better start looking.
Lousy policy if you ask me.

Maybe..sometimes they have more employees than they know what to do with--or you could always suck up :)

Since its so close to the holidays, they may want to keep you.

not if you are good while you are there they may just give you a warning or write you up
