How do I add additional sections to my blog?

I am using blogspot. The navigation bar has default sections: about me and blog archive. How can I add additional sections (i.e. headings) to the navigation bar and add links under those sections?

You can edit your template, which is HTML, and pretty much make your blog look the way you want, including the addition (or removal) any sections you desire. For an example, you might look at my blog. If it does the sort of thing you want, post a comment on the blog and I'll help you out.
