Any general multivitamin will have a good amount of B vitamins, and those are the ones that help with energy the most, but it really depends on what nutrients you're lacking... that'll make the biggest impact on what will help you.
If that's not enough for energy, you could also try several herbs and natural products that are very good for energy. There's ATP (the source of cellular energy in the body), CoQ10 (which is used to produce ATP), L-Carnitine (an amino acid that converts fat into energy), Royal Jelly, B-vitamins, GABA, NADH (boosts brain transmitters dopamine and norepinephrine so it helps to fight fatigue), Ginseng, Eleuthero Root, and Guarana.
Boy, that's a lot when I write them all out. LOL! Those are the most popular items that our customers purchase for energy, so pretty much any of those should be a good boost of energy... however, different people respond differently to different supplements, so you might not get as much energy on some of the items as someone else, and you might get more energy than other people might from some items.

I'm just like you and I feel your pain !!!! I rely on coffee...but it's becoming a bad idea, since I'm drinkin more and more every day. I've become resilient to caffeine:)
Vitamins? Def a good idea....it would help your immune system and up your energy. I'd go for a multi vitamin and then add vitamin C, omega -3, and a vitamin b complex...
Then I'd do yoga at least once a week to keep yourself healthy, focused and relaxed.
And of course...watch your diet, as some foods may make you tired and sluggish. I usually stick with fish and stay away from fast food and greasy items......broths and soups really help in the winter too.....good luck and hang in there!!! people don't realize sometimes how hard this is......

Most vitamins on the market are fragmented, isolated, artifical manufactured vitamins and they heap a bunch of one thing into your system and you body doesn't use them and your liver has to filter them out. Not a good thing.
You need a good diet. and a good whole food nutrition.

you might want to start with trying to get some sleep. drinking warm milk is a natural and safe sedative. for vitamins take e, d, c and b12. omega 3 fish oil is excellent for the heart and cool green tea is a great antitoxin. start eating raw salads with kale and spinach, cut back on the starches.

Chlorophyll for organic iron and B-complex for energy and assimilation of iron would probably help. Stress taxes your glands and may deplete B vit.
