If you were ruler of the world?

What rules would you make? What would you get rid of?
I know I would get rid of musicals.

Ruler of the world? Please! In order to make this possible, you have to conquer the world by force. This would require a massive military complex unparalleled by any the world has ever seen. As Supreme Pontiff, I would have to have total access to the worlds nuclear arsenal with a couple of demonstrations to show that I'm serious. Once I get most countries on my side, then the rest will have to follow or get obliterated.
Once accomplished, then we can get the rest of the world up to speed, in terms of crop production, water distribution, housing, schooling, etc. So that we can eliminate societies problems. Unfortunately, this would require a vast army of androids, since humans tend to get corrupt with greed. Once the world is working in a fine tuned manner, then we shoot for the planets and stars.
Musicals, please......there are more bigger problems to deal with!

Outlaw SUV's (Unless you want to pay a $5000 enviornment tax).
Outlaw lobbists
Outlaw appeal after appeal in the courts
Severe punishments for convicted criminal misconduct in jails.
Paid vacations for everybody (at least 1 week).
Spankings in public schools.
No rehab for drug users (jail time a must)
Max fees for lawyers and doctors.
Third party audio recordings admissible in court (even of government officials)
Common sense things like that.
