You are entitled to half of his pension. Some might not say that is right, but 23 years is a long time. He's entitled to half of yours if you have any. Indeed, talk to a lawyer about this and the child support. Don't be afraid to call the police on him if he causes you trouble.

Do call the police and have one come to your house and take a police report on this. Then tell the policeman you want to call your husband while he is there using a speaker phone..if you do not have one..get one. Then let the officer hear what your husband has to say to you. He can get arrested right then as a parole violation if he is on parole. You can also get a paper from the court saying that he is not allowed within so many feet or yards or miles of you... not sure which .. if he violates that you can have him immediately arrested by calling 911. Do not tell him your plan or anyone else your plan about having the officer come on over. Just do it and do it today. If you do not have a speaker phone go borrow or get one now THEN call the police officer.

Make sure if he writes any of these threats to you that you keep them safely with a friend or submit them to the court with your request to force him to stay away from you and your kids. Remember to include them in the request.

You are entitled to half that money in the pension. Do not sign it over to him.

God bless you. Now hurry up and go call the police to make a report about him making terroristic threats to you.

Get a lawyer honey!! It's obvious he is going to try to screw you in a lot of ways. If you cannot afford a lawyer, contact the Legal Aid for your state. Every state has one. And if you truly cannot afford a lawyer (they'll determine that), they'll do it for free. Child Support cannot be enforced unless their is a court order. Pension.....you are entitled to some of the funds. What I suggest you do is contact his company or the company holding his pension and let them know now that you are NOT going to sign off on it, unless you get your cut. He wants to screw you, so now its your turn to screw him.

Get an attorney. Get a restraining order against him. Doesn't listen to him. Don't sign anything without an attorney.

You are entitled to 50% of his pension. Why do you think he's so adamant about this to begin with? Of course...if you agree to forfeit and not touch it and sign...well....you've screwed yourself out of 50% of his earnings.
