If you were to think of your Sun sign as your soul -- your inner personality and potential -- and your
Moon sign as your heart -- your emotional core -- then you could say that your Rising sign is your physical self or the face you present to the world.
The sun (to integrate) in Scorpio (Intense and Secretive)
You are deep and intense (intense and secretive), and you enjoy digging into the depths of other people. You may be driven (passive) by deep, hidden emotions (secretive, water). You may be slow to get started on things (stable), but once started you can become a powerful torrent, which is difficult to stop (fixed). You are more likely to be driven by deep emotions (passive water) than to follow your true self.
Rising Sign is Aquarius (Indifferent and Unconventional)
You may seem aloof and self-introspective, maybe a bit outlandish. Though you seem detached, you also give the impression that you care very deeply for humanity -- just not necessarily individual humans! You'll likely attract friends easily thanks to this Aquarian influence, but be wary of the more negative traits of the Water Bearer. Sometimes you can come off as rude or thoughtless -- as well as willfully eccentric. Despite these characteristics, you'll still be wildly popular, due in large part to what people see as the innovative Aquarian brain power.
The Moon (to react to) in Leo (Impressive and Creative)
You need to make a grand impression in order to feel good emotionally. You may be very proud of your early upbringing (Moon). You also might use your emotional power to forcefully (fire) influence others (drama queen). (impressive and creative) You generally have a constant emotional disposition and enduring emotional viewpoints (fixed). You are creative and, once started, you persist with your ideas.
Love & Blessings
Milly

I can't really tell you much, but I read this and thought it was cool because I'm a Leo sun, Scorpio rising and Aquarius moon. He and I share a lot of the same signs just different placements. I bet he's pretty stubborn!!!

His Sun in Scorpio and Moon in Leo creates a strong, positive personality, with fixed opinions and fixed emotions. If he doesn't let his intense emotions completely take over, he will become a person of considerable influence and importance within his circle. The blend combines the emotional force, power of will and determination of Scorpio, with the pride, dignity and authoritativeness of Leo.
Certainly the two will naturally produce a very strong character and a personality that is full of personal confidence, persistence, determination and courage. His weakness may be that his feelings and passions are a little too strong, requiring rigid control at all times. He has a complex set of ideals that he strives for, and he's a very passionate person in many ways.
He has a rather idealistic view of love and romance, and in fact, most of his other interpersonal relationships. He is a bit harsh on his partner, or just about anyone else, when they show weakness or human frailties. Integrity and character are all important; he expects a great deal in this regard from everyone to whom he is close, and especially from himself.
He has a great deal of pride and consequently a strong ambition for high and authoritative position in life. He has a keen ability to analyze which can help him in may different businesses or professions. His enthusiasm, spirit and flare for showmanship permit him to succeed at just about whatever it is he chooses to do.
Aquarius Rising gives him a detached, intellectual outlook, combined with considerable mental poise. He stays cool under pressure and take sudden shocks or unexpected changes in his stride. An interest, not to say a fascination with the bizarre and unusual can lead him down some rather interesting pathways. Status, power, and wealth are of marginal value, for he is interested in people for their own sake, not the social trappings which accompany them. Friendships are easily made and not so easily broken, for his air of easygoing familiarity and pleasant demeanour is rather attractive.
Ruled by Uranus (lord of reversals and unexpected upheavals) and Saturn, lord of karma (purification and restriction), his personality can be changeable, yet deeply focused and quite original in approach. Most likely his life will undergo one or more dramatic changes of direction, often through some twist of fate or circumstances over which he has no control. Changes can occur suddenly and unexpectedly, for though Saturn's influence implies a calm and stable disposition, Uranus often reacts in quite unexpected ways.
