First marriage I was about two weeks shy of 22. (My ex was 24.) We had dated for 3 years through college, and I thought I was mature and he was, too. Boy was I wrong. Endured 19 years of hell but got 2 precious children to show for it.

Second marriage I was 42, husband 39. Obviously I wish I'd found him sooner in life, but am grateful for a second chance at happily ever after!

I don't think people should get married before about 25 or so, but the sad thing is if you wait that long, you are likely going to be carrying quite a bit of baggage and having to deal with someone else's as well!
