Yes i've got a spare room but it mainly gets used to store various parts for work and a place to put the clothes airer when i've done a wash-load.

It is seldom used. When company arrives from out of state we have used the guest bed room. It ia still a nice feature to have.

I have two guest rooms, one double and one single and they are used regularly, by friends and family as they all live away from us, been in constant use for the last 4 weekends

Yes, it has only been used as a guest room one time. It's main use has evolved into my walk in closet and work space.

yeah its being turned into a nursery. but until christmas all the presents are in there.
