You're in your 7th month still, you haven't completed it yet. Since pregnancy is technically 40 weeks long when counted from your LMP, simply dividing the number of weeks you are by 4 does NOT equate to how many "calendar months" pregnant you are, it would refer to how many "lunar months" pregnant you are (and who speaks in terms of lunar months?). When referring in calendar months you only use 1-9 months, you don't hear anyone say "I'm in my 10th month" which would be 40 divided by 4, right? So, here is a quick breakdown of weeks to months: weeks 1 - 4 = month 1; weeks 5 - 8 = month 2; weeks 9 - 13 = month 3; weeks 14 - 17 = month 4; weeks 18 - 21 = month 5; weeks 22 - 26 = month 6; weeks 27 - 30 = month 7; weeks 31 - 35 = month 8; and weeks 36 - 40 = month 9.
Therefore, you are IN your 7th month and will be for the next 2 weeks, until week 31 begins and you enter your eighth month.
So, ignore all the other posters who think it is as simple as dividing the number of weeks by 4 - they are incorrect.

"Many people think that 4 weeks equals a month, and this is not quite accurate, since a month is closer to 4 ½ weeks. It is better to calculate that every 9 weeks equals 2 months: so at 18 weeks you are 4 months, at 27 weeks you are 6 months and at 36 weeks you are 8 months along."

Less than 7 months. There are more than 4 weeks in each month. A typical pregnancy lasts 40 weeks, so you're 12 weeks away from your due date. You are about 6 and a half months pregnant.
An easier way to do it is to count back from your due date. If you're due January 15th, then you're 7 months PG, for example.
