Keep Brady and co off the field by establishing a ball control, move-the-chains offense which results in any kind of score. Keep mistakes to a minimum because you know that the Pats D will bring the pain on every play.
When on D yourself, STAY DISCIPLINED!!!!!!! Be aware of the quick strike capability of the team. And if you can get any kind of a pass rush going, go for it.
That's just the strategy. The Pats present the toughest challenge in football, but you can't go in there scared. You just have to do your best.
And of course, if all that fails, just barricade their locker room at halftime!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd put my best corner on Moss & when they go to the spread offense I'd put my best corner in the slot to cover Welker on the quick routes. On top of that I would call a lot of twists & other schemes with the front 4 the way SD did last year. I think Wade Phillips really has the D that can stop NE, they just didn't have the secondary healthy when they played. I'm not saying Dallas would have won but those Wes Welker touchdowns would have been much more difficult had Newman been the man in the slot not Jones w/help from the safties.

Deep cover 2 because Brady doesn't have the arm to get the ball over the DB's heads, best corner on Wes Welker, blitz Brady like no other, hit Brady as hard as is legal, and show no mercy on Moss when he's up in the air going for a catch.

I think it was a good idea. He had proven himself as a player and coach so I guess its time for him to just sit and relax and watch the Miami team play without thinking what play he could create to win the game. Miami needed this younger coach for a much fresher ideas of coaching and plays.

Sniper. Shoot Brady and then Belichick.
I don't see them as stoppable unless you can put pressure on Brady. Few teams have been able to get to him. If you blitz then he'll pick you apart. I don't know if anyone can stop those quick slants. And, the Patriots use screens to perfection. It's hard to keep Moss from catching passes. There aren't many corners who are 6'5".
I would try to rush different players randomly and play agressive man to man defense with nickel coverage on most plays. Emphasize the importance of your defensive players not overreacting and staying home.
I'm not optimistic. But, I might be able to hold them under 40 points.

I would not freak out and do anything different. Going out of the way confuses your team more than it will the Patriots. The Patriots take advantage of all opponent mistakes. Making no mistakes is easier said than done, but not doing anything different is a good first step.

I would do exactly what the Indianapolis Colts did. Because the Colts had them beat if not for dropped passes and poor play calling in the end.

one: from the first moment the referees enter the stadium, i'd be in their ear talking about offensive holding
two: send an extra rusher every time on brady
three: choose "accept penalty" on most of the offensive holdings that would get called.
