At night i heat up to the point that i can actually heat up my husbands side of the bed with my body heat. for me this is not normal, it started about a year and 1/2 ago. It is really interfering with my sleep. any suggestions or remedies??

Since we don't know your age it's hard to tell. Some people just sweat at night.
For about 20 years I worked in a warehouse with no air conditioning. I put a wet towel around my neck. I now do not work in that hot building but I'm so used to my wet towel I still use it at night. I go to bed with a small wet towel around my neck. I wake up I'll re-wet it from my water glass. I love my wet towel.

air conditioning!!!! and ice water! try throwing the sheets in the freezer before bed. use a window fan.

get a thyroid test and cbc.

try some soy supplements.

night sweats are symptomatic of several disorders, you really need to get in touch with your primary care doc or ob/gyn.
