i have t-mobile and they used to be great, i extended my contract for 2 years i never had any problems but now i hate them!!! my text never go through im paying all this money for unlimited text and my friends arent even getting them! i called when this first happen and it was fixed for about a month now it happening again i have no patients for this and want to switch carriers...how can i do this

I have heard thats its very hard to cancel a contract without paying a large fee. If you bring a vaild arguement that your not recieving cell service than I think they may cancel without a fee. But I think your friends not recieving text messages is not going to cause them to cancel your contract. Just pay the cancellation fee if you think its that bad.

I cancelled Sprint AFTER my contract was up and they put an "Other" charge on my bill for $250.00. I reported them to the FCC, but have heard nothing more about it.

You would have to terminate your contract which, I think with them, is $200. Sorry about your service, but it helps to look around first when your contract is close to expiring.

if you get out of the contract early they will charge more money on you bill.so if you want that then go ahead and do that.
