Besides using a video from a conspiracy theorist who provides no actual proof Cheney concealed any thing besides saying he concealed it, what other proof do YOU have? NONE...
And what would it mater anyhow? All politicians belong to political groups.... OH NO! A politician who hangs out with like minded people! The HORROR!

Council on Foreign Relations, I'm assuming is some Congressional Sub-committee and I can't see how he could hide something like that. The Congress keeps pretty good records of who is serving on what committees and when.
