I dont know how to face them now. What should i do to make the uncomfortable situation between me and them better?

Lol! just carry on as normal.. it's not like ur parents don't do it.. it's natural. They will understand and forget about it. Just betend they never caught u and carry on with ur life as normal around them. If you keep worrying about it u will make the issue seem bigger than u think it is! And get a lock!

You'll have to face them at some point. They're probably just as emberassed as you are about the whole situation. If it were me, I'd just leave it in the past. Talking about it would probably be even more uncomfortable and not do anyone any good.
Your dad more than likely knows what you're going through at this stage in your life. If it bothers you that badly, talk to your dad. He's a guy too. Just tell him you're sorry for what they had seen and let him know that you don't want everyone to feel uncomfortable around each other. I'm almost certain that your dad (probably mom too) want to completely forget about the incident and not ever bring it up.

Just let it pass and do your best not to act uncomfortable around them and in a couple of days life should resume back to normal.
Masturbation is a normal part of life and everyone does it. It is a very healthy sexual urge (as long as it does not dominate your daily thoughts) and nothing to be ashamed of.
In the future use discretion and make sure you lock your door first.

Just give it a few days to ease up! Your parents will get over it. Whether your parents want to believe it or not, you are a guy, and this is something normal for guys to do. To avoid embarrassment next time, try to do it with the doors locked, or when they are not home and you know they will not be home for a while!

Yea dude thats not the best feeling in the world. Normally the parents apologize for walking in on your "free" time. But if you want to talk to them about it or discuss to them about it. Here is my suggestion for it.
"mom, dad i apologize that you two walked in on my "free" time and i just wanted to let you know that i am not mad at you."
And that right there should at least break the ice although dad may be wondering if you have had sex and mom would be thankful that you havent !!!! But first see if they apologize for it. If not just joke about it..

If you must say anything, tell them you were trying to 'get a grip on yourself'. Take it too seriously and everyone's uncomfortable. Trust me, your parents have embarrassing things in their past (present?). You just got caught. (They'll probably try to act like it didn't happen, so time will make it easier.)

Trust me. They are more uncomfortable than you are about it. Don't say anything about it. Just continue on with life as if nothing happened. Just take it as a life lesson to lock the door next time.

Though you cant see the humor in this, its definetly there. Its really embarrassing having your parents catch you doing this. I feel this is one of those things you just have to ignore. Not just for your sake, but for your parents sake as well. Its probably just as embarrassing for them walking in on you that they dont want to relive it the same way you might not want to. Or if you really feel ballsy (no pun intended jk) just say sorry about what happened and leave it at that. It takes maturity to admit embarrassment and regret, and youd be showing them just that.

Just tell them that you are sorry about what they seen but tell them would they reather you do that then sleeping around and catching some kind of disease. Just say it as if it was a joke or something. But for sure its going to take sometime to cope with what they have seen.
