Ironically, historians are not able to find any of his trace in the Yuan Dynasty history. In fact the name Marco Polo has never appeared in the entire chinese history. this has arises another kind of saying that marco has been to china, but he didn't actually been to so many places. In marco's journal, he missed out a lot of things he shouldn't like the great wall, chopsticks, chinese tea, bind-feet women etc which once again created doubts that he was once hosted by the emperor.
