Depends. Some days you may not wear underwear. Some days you do. I guess this question is for people who do wear underwear. In my case the answer is yes on the days I wear underwear, but no on the days I don't wear underwear.

Yes! Well during the weekend (regular or long) I can use the same pair of boxers for no more than 2 days in a row.
