Because Bush and congress are in charge of the treasury. They should spend it on a way to get out of our dependance on oil. It is cheaper and smarter. What we are doing will get us and the world into a mess.

Because we were dumb enough to invade another country and the Arabs were not, if you don't like it vote for a libertarian and never vote republican again.
