What yu are doing is implying that conservatives are not real Americans. Interestingly it is conservatives that would be most likely to have similiar beliefs to the founding fathers about what makes one an America, hard work, family values, independence, personal charity and so forth

Serious answer--it is a feature of the right-wing (not "conservative" in genral) subculture and has historical roots tha tgo back a century. The backbone of the right-wing subculture traces its origins to the poor whites of the South and Southwest prior to the Depression. There, tey were among the most rabid of white supremecists--an attitude deliberately encouraged by the white elite.
Their self-definition then was that, as "white" they were higher on the social hierarchy than blacks--or immigrants, non-"Christians," etc. And they were extremely protective of their social position and self-identity--their position of being priveleged over blacks, etc. in that region was all thaat kept them from being at the bottom of the social ladder--and was crucial to protecting their "whites-only" jobs/economic position, poor as it was.
In the Depression/WW2 era, millions of these poor whites migrated--especially to California, but also othr areas, including into the midwesst and west. They took their culture with them--carried in the form of "evangelical" churches. They were even more socially vulnerable at the time--and otsiders in their new homes. Their sself-definition of superiority to others hardened--and further hardened among the migrants and the por whites who had remained in the South during the civil rights era, wen the legal, andmany of the social and economic privileges they had over non-whites--came to an end.
That subculture was--andis-- the constituancy of the so-called "Moral Majority" and the neoconservative movement. If you look at a map today tht shows geographic distribution of the strongly right-wing political population/religious right, and then look at the origins/migrations of the southern poor whites, the correlation is still crystal clear.

You can't fault them. They have been programmed by the likes of Fox News and the EIB Network to think that they are the elite among the American public.
Mayor Quimby is a good example...

Real Americans believe we have the freedom to choose what we believe. You think it's OK to bully people into thinking your way.

it all started when the europeans arrived in america. they thought that the natives were savages because of the way they lived. they did not use a writing system, and moved around a lot. they also discriminated against them because they were not christian. so they have stuck with those beliefs and values for about 200yrs now.

Your question shows your inability to think on any rational level whatsoever. You think conservatives are not real Americans. Why do you think this, and why do you make assumptions about what conservatives think?
