On one hand their injuries guarantee that the Pats go to the Super Bowl, on the other hand it take the suspense out of the season. I guess we can hope for a quality opponent in the Super Bowl.

Just as happy as you were last year while watching the Colts lose 4 of their last 7 regular season games I suppose.

Let's look at the Patriots this way....we fans are thrilled that the Patriots have finally gone out and got some bonified talent in the receiving core. Sure we've won three Super bowls and sure we're having a great run so far this year, but the very core of the team lies with Tom Brady and his arm. If he has nothing in the way of talented guy's out there to throw to, then the team becomes mediocre at best.

The Colts haven't met their demise, they've been introduced to something the Pats have fought for many seasons...injuries! The jury is still out as to how the Colts will deal with this...as we all know the Patriots won those 3 Superbowls with several injuries during those given years!

So I would say all in all, Pats fans could care less who they play as long as the team's got all of it's healthy key players on the field!

Did something happen to Peyton F. Manning (and you know what the "F" stands for)? Do you think the Colts are done? I agree that the Patriots are the best team in the NFL right now, but PF Manning can still win games. It'll be really hard to stop their offense. It's just a question whether or not their defense can stop other teams. They'll still outscore most teams anyway.

I like the Patriots chances because they go for the jugular in every game. They have great talent on offense and defense and they're the best coached team in the NFL. Unless they lose Brady to a freak injury I would think they're a prohibitive favorite to win the Super Bowl against the Dallas Cryboys.

Love your optimism. Demise though is a really strong word, how you figure they are done for the season is beyond me. Also there is absolutely NO guarantee that the Patriots will go to the superbowl, there have been lots of playoff upsets throughout the years. The "odds" may be on there side, but it's not like they have it locked by any means.

Again, the arrogance of your ignorance Pats fans astounds me. #1 The Colt's schedule is not that tough the rest of the season, so realistically they should win the rest of the schedule.#2 You base the demise on what, a few injuries and TWO whole whopping losses? I agree with the other poster. I think you are afraid of the REAL#1 team in the NFL. No I am not a Colt's fan either, just calling it for what it is.

Pats fans probably don't care and are confident in their team. I mean why should they worry since the Pats themselves don't think anything about the Colts either. They're pretty good at focusing only on their next opponent...part of the reason they've been so successful.

I can see the Colts losing 2-3 more games, given the injured players out... Likely the Pats will be not be playing the colts in the playoffs, they'll get knocked out in the first round, if they make it that far. Not only do they have injuries, they've lost confidence..

Yeah right. First of all, have you see the Colts Schedule? i doubt they will lose more then one game the entire rest the season. If they can get a bye and get well rested they will still have a good shot at the Pats.

People like you were counting the Colts out last year as well. All you bandwagon hoppers make me sick.

No, I like the competition. They needed somebody to play. It is too bad what is happening there, I don't care what team it is, to have the injury bug biting one team this bad is ridiculous!
