is there any free media players for dvds with drivers?

cant play dvds on my dell desk top they say ho drivers for this

do you have a dvd drive or is it just a cd drive

VLC or Media Player Classic will both play DVDs without any other decoders.

Provided, of course, that you have a DVD drive.
