if the stuff coming out of your nose is yellow and green then you need to get to the doctors. It sounds like you have an infection.

LOL...you mean "May I ask a disgusting question?" don't you. but I like the question. Well not like exactly. Yellow or green means you have an infection you're fighting off. As long as you can blow it out and it's not filling your lungs till you're having troubles breathing, you should be able to kick the cold yourself. Just keep blowing.
