I would say most likely YES. If the induction system is different, you'll need to swap. Of course you'll need to swap a lot of the other parts too, the flywheel, clutch etc etc

a 4.3 is a 4.3, it should bolt right in, the only thing you will have to worry about is if it's the same type of fuel injection as yours.

Yes, make sure you install a pilot bearing in the end of the crankshaft, as the engine with the auto transmission will not have one. Make sure all accessories are the same, as well as sensors & wiring.

Should be ok from 87-92, vin # B or Z, non 4wd.
