Now, 2 days later and I have been up since 4:30 am with real bad period cramps and a real bad backache in my lower back.When I went to the bathroom at about 10:30 am there was a think green colored discharge.Could this be it soon.
Also,please no smart remarks....even if I am in labor,it is my business if I am sitting here on my computer trying to get helpfull advice from someone helpful TY

Green!?!
That doesn't sound good...
If any color it should be pink, red, or brown...
I say go to your Dr. right now, or the ER.
I don't want to be offensive but you need to be checked,
I really really don't think green dicharge should be coming out.
It sounds like an STD...
But other than that, if you are uncomfortable go see your Dr.
maybe he/she will put you into labor.

My cousin is due in about a week and a half, and we went on a 4 hour car ride there back. She's fine. She even had a few problems during her pregnancy. All she did was call the doctor and ask and he just simply stated as long as you're feeling fine and no contractions or what not then you'll be fine. He kind of encouraged her to go. The walking and going up and down the stares would be good for her. So I say its okay, just don't stress too much at the funeral and you'll be fine. But you should call your OBGYN first.

God two days I am 3 days. Kinda scary I had been up last night with the same craps. Plus I get that you want to stay at home as long as you can. Thats what i would do. Green Discharge I do not know how to explain that I never heard of that. I have a brown reddish discharge thats because I think I lost my plug. I do not know what to tell you by good luck!!!

It sounds like that was your mucous plug that you found, that's great. Your cramps sound like labor cramps for me. Start timing them and that will help you decide. It is normal for the baby to move up and down until the head is engaged! Good Luck!! Sounds like you will have a little one very soon. Just remember labor can slow down, so just be patient your little one will come when he or she is ready!!

Yes you are in labor!! The greenish discharge was probably your mucus plug descending. If your water hasn't broken already, It will soon! Go ahead and call your doctor and tell her to meet you at the hospital

You should call your doctor RIGHT AWAY. The greenish discharge could mean that your baby is in stress and passed a bowel movement. The green stuff is called meconium and it is something your doctor needs to know immediately!
