frequently. Sometimes you just got to take time out before time takes you out. If its mid week then I go to st Andrews cathedral in Glasgow, when there are no services of course. It is a good refuge. All the city noises disappear when you enter and it is always still and quiet and I know I can sit there for a bit before heading off to the hustle and busstle again, semi recharged of course. If its more than that then I head off to an abbey just outside Haddington for a few days its very tranquil

Yes, but I can't go away for a few days. The best I can do is take a nice long, quick paced walk. It seems to burn all my energy & helps me feel better.

Everyone feels that way at times.. I can usually only go away for a few minutes though, i go to the bathroom.. lol..

Yes. I call it recharging my soul.
There's this "special place" to me in North Carolina I love to escape to when the mood hits me and of course I have the extra cash!
Can't have a weekend get-away without cash on hand now can you?

yes Yes YES! I haven't figured out where to go to get away from it all though... There is someone who can take me away from it all for the moment but then it's always right back to reality all to fast...

I havent "gotten away" for too long, im planning to do that at my friends house. Hopefully it will help after Thanksgiving because ill need it....
