NO! I don't know where you heard that. They don't make 2 different types of £20 notes. If you do see a £20 with the queen wearing ear rings and a neclace then it is joke money, forgery etc, you cant buy nothing with it. And, why would they make £20 notes like that if you can earn £200 from it, that means that the company will loose out on money.

Sorry to say this, but there are always lots of daft rumours going about concerning Bank of England bank notes - this latest joins a long list of supposed errors spotted by the inebriates who have accepted some funny-money by mistake.

If you find one of the notes as you have described. Take it to the Bank of England, Threadneedle Street, London and see if they know anything about it.

Oh, one small point in passing, if you come across a white fiver on your travels, it's probably one of sevel million Nazi forgeries from WW2.

You can exchange it for 2 ten pound notes, a ten and 2 fives, 4 fives, 20 pound coins etc

But not for £200 pounds, thats just silly
