Your GPA is great, but your SAT will really hurt your chances of all of those schools. If you want to go to any of those, you MUST raise your SAT score.

Yes, with that high of and SAT and GPA you can.
Take the ACT as well if you havent yet, some schools like to have ACT scores than SAT scores, and some like it if you have both tests done, so I would take the ACT to be sure.

The best person to ask would be your guidance counselor. When I was in school ,Eons ago, it was the job of the counselor to advise on such matters.There has to be someone at your school from whom you could seek advice. Don't depend on the internet for everything. Many times there are experts right on hand.
