questions 1&2- get involved in an organized religion, not a cilt (there is a difference-read up!)

question 3- forgive and ask for forgiveness. remember (but don't dwell) what you did wrong, and learn how to avoid such a mistake again.

question 4- along with the structures of above Q&As, make small changes in your life. Try not to lie, swear, boast (whatever your weakness is), as much. Nobody is, and never will be perfect, but over time you will see a change in yourself. (And others will see it too.)

When i asked myself those questions and set out to find them out - my path led me to various books - starting with The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. But that was my road, I love reading and books so it was natural for me to make sense of life through them. But its different for everyone. You may find your outlet through creative writing or drawing or another form of spirituality. What im trying to say is that no one can tell you, you have to look and explore your own answers. Prob not what you wanted to hear so im sorry for that! But in my experience, its the only way.

If you are interested in the booky way, i recommend The Dark Side Of The Light Chasers. Its for people who really want change as its quite intense changes and excerises.
Good luck with everything, i hope you find what your looking for :)

The "answers" lie within. Get in touch with your "within" through the traditional means of meditation, energy work --yoga, chi kung, etc. and a bit of reading on esoteric "religions": Buddhism, Daoism, Shinto, etc. --but the *esoteric* versions of each NOT the popular/exoteric. Once you can quiet your mind and focus your consciousness properly, you'll be well on your way :)) Good luck.

Btw: Listening to and believing in, and giving over your power to, bible thumpers, will NEVER do it for you. But it will increase their narcissism and bank accounts :))

for the third question, you should think of your mistakes as lifes lesson. learn from your past so you dont repeat it in the future! and i think then you will find your answer to your other questions! "mistakes" from your past is what made us who we are today! we just have to learn from our mistakes to better ourselves!
