I am unable to save. It is simply saving it to the laptop. Not sure I am using the right drive to save. What is the proper drive to use for saving?

When you save it, you have to save it under the hard drive you want. Let's say you make a PowerPoint. You want to put it on the external hard drive. Here's what you do:
• Click "Save as" under the "File" menu.
• After you name the file, select "My Computer" on the location.
• If the drive is plugged in, there should be an icon for and external drive in My Computer.
• Select the external drive as the file location.

Good luck!!! ;-)

What do you mean by a memory stick? There's the actual Sony "Memory Stick" (tm), some people refer to DIMM memory modules as "memory sticks", and some people refer to flash drives as "memory sticks".

Also, unable to save doesn't mean anything. From what application? To what media? What have you tried so far? Severe lack of details.
