It happens like that, I liked it better several years ago when I watched it with my son. He loved it. But it's an age and interest thing. You probably just "grew" out of it. The show goes on but the song remains the same.

I agree! Ten years ago was the infamous attitude era. The Rock, Stone Cold, Sable, Kane, Undertaker & his Ministry of Darkness, Chyna, DX, Mankind, Mr. McMahon and the rest ruled the WWF. Also you had the Hardyz, Edge & Christian, Jacqueline, Luna, Gangrel, Val Venis, Goldust, Ken Shamrock, APA, Steve Blackman, Al Snow, Debra, Jeff Jarret, the Nation of Domination & many others. On WCW they had the New World Order although I was a WWF loyalist. WWE/F has declined in years since, they have sold out to commercialism & forgotten how create compelling storylines and keep people interested.

While I do agree to an extent...
I find that statement kind of coincidental because people were saying that exact same thing in 1997. Actually, back then, there were many old school fans disgusted with the Attitude Era.

Yes, definitely. The Monday Night Wars really forced the WWF to come up with better storylines to save itself from being put out of business by WCW.
We had stars like Austin, Rock, Mankind, the Ministry of Darkness, masked Kane, and the old DX. They really contributed to the popularity of the WWF then. You felt like you just had to tune in to see what was going to happen next.

oh yeah! that was back when hhh and hbk were (younger) and cooler. goldust was then, kane was introduced, and wrestling started alot of new things. raven and alot of weird characters were getting air time. Now, all those things that were cool back then are just kinda stale b/c we've seen it all so much. Of course, wrestling could be worse.
