her newborn died two days ago.....today i am wanting to begin fund raising for costs they may incur from her death
have ideas?
i am so sad....this is the baby i mentioned i had breastfed when i went to help my friend with her breastfeeding difficulties
anyways.....thanks in advance for your help

Yes, do you know where she banks? Or go to your bank. The bank can help you set up a special account for people to donate to. Call your friends, email everyone with the location of the donation account. If she was working contact her workplace, contact the husband's work place, and let them know about the account.
I'm just heartsick over this....

Contact a few local merchants and see if they will make you a super price on a few items, like a nice bicycle or a metal detector or some such and put them on display for people to buy chances to win. Be sure there is a sign up that funds go to your cause and additional donations will be appreciated.
Put up a table in some local high traffic area and put your items on the table with the signs. And unfortunatly it should be monitored.
So very sorry for this terrible loss.

OMG this is so sad, I'm sorry for your friend. Tell her friends, coworkers, family, etc. Be supportive, it's gonna be hard for her to be ok after this.
