I am going to give you my standard answer.......go get a book called "taking charge of your fertility" by Toni Weschler. It will help you truly understand your body and cycle and erase all the myths that women believe about their bodies. It will help you chart and find your best days for conception - or not! It will also help you learn if you are pregnant or not faster than any pregnancy test can tell you. I believe every woman - whether they want to conceive or not should read this book. I believed all the ovulation & conception myths that are floating around here until we tried for a year with no luck. My doctor recommended the book and it worked the very next month! It turned out my timing was wrong and that I don't ovulate in the middle of my cycle like most women.
I'll be 40 in Nov....and I am due to have my 4th in March!

Best of luck to you! My husband and I have been trying since last August with no luck. I think I may be this months though, I feel like it! Won't know for sure for a few more days though.
I have heard that if you put your feet up after sex with the semen inside you it will help. Didn't for me though. This past month while I was ovulating after we had sex I did not get up and go to the bathroom, I just put a towel between my legs to catch any that may run out and went to sleep so it would stay in there undisturbed all night! I figured if that didn't work, I didn't know what else to do, Also taking stuff for congestion like Mucinex that has guaifenesinin it is supposed to help, I also took that from about 3 day before ovulation until a couple days after! It is supposed to help thin the stuff down there and help the sperm travel easier!!! Best of Luck!!!!

If you have a regular menstrual cycle, you will ovulate 10-14 days after the FIRST day of your previous period. Since there is no real way of knowing exactly what day the egg drops, you can have intercourse every other day upon cessation of menses for the following 2 weeks and odds are great you will conceive sometime during this period. You can also visit FERTILITY.COM for information regarding temperature, cervical mucous, and tracking your periods.

Having intercourse would be a good start. However, you can test yourself (kit available at pharmacy) to determine when you are ovulating and have sex then. Or, you can have more fun and less pressure by just having great sex, and by having it often. Especially 10 to 14 days after last menses.
Most of all Don't Stress. I think it scares the wee egg and make frighten off any good swimmers.
Old Wives Tale says do not get up after having sex. You can even prop your pelvis up by using a pillow. Give the egg and sperm a chance to get aquainted.

If you don't know exactly when you are going to be ovulating, then the best thing to do is just have sex every night of month with your bf/ hubby. Eventually it will happen.

Plus, you'll be having fun while trying to conceive.

Cheers

Practice, practice, practice (if you know what I mean, lol!).

Seriously, though. You should not let your guy ejaculate every day. You need to get an ovulation kit so you know when you are ovulating. The reason he shouldn't ejaculate every day is it makes his sperm count higher. Every three days is recommended.

Oh, and enjoy the "practice." If you are stressed out it will make things more difficult. Also, there is a theory about conception and orgasms. A female orgasm contracts the uterus and pulls the sperm in farther and faster. But that's just a theory.

You can get what's called a basal thermometer that will help you determine when you're fertile. There's also ovulation monitors/tests right beside the pregnancy tests at the store. Good luck!

missionary with a pillow under your bottom then after sex put your legs in the air and stay like that for a few minutes. and remember relax and don't think about getting pregnant it always happens when you aren't thinking about it. I was stressed about getting pregnant with my second daughter every month it didn't happen. the month I stopped thinking about it and was like oh, I'm late was the month I got pregnant.

Have sex when you're ovulating. It's usually on about day 14 of your cycle. You can buy an ovulation monitor at any pharmacy.

Well the easiest way is through sex (without protection).

Or

You can to In vitro fertilization, which is almost like customizing your pregnancy (very pricey).
