Freedom means no restrictions or no boundary. It only pertains to our mind and emotion. Our physical body is always limited, the body cannot achieve total freedom. If our mind is clear to meet every challenge and be free of conflict at any given moment then I can say that it is the total freedom from ignorance or stupidity.

I could ask myself, am I free on this planet? As I cannot break free from its gravitational pull. It is impossible for me to rise through atmosphere into outer space, but then won’t be able to traverse through the vacuum of space to explore far off enchanting worlds of stars and galaxies. Then there is time that waxes on my mind: I cannot stop it, make it go slower, or run faster for that matter. I could count countless similar things that if I think about would rip me off my sense of freedom. Just as I cannot be decisively either good or bad - I can only choose to do things that are good or bad - I cannot be free without knowing what freedom is; what does it mean to me? And this, I could only do if I acquire a state of freedom inside my mind first, as a dream or a vision to follow and realize.
Freedom then is a subversive concept in the mind, and there is nothing such as absolute freedom just as there is nothing absolute in the reality of our physical world. I could be free in many ways but in what particular sense I should be free, I need to define and understand to the best of my judgment and understanding.
Then this is also the fact that the concept of freedom never stays the same in the mind. It changes with time and circumstance. What we may yearn for now might become obsolete in the future. But we must to content with what we have, and tomorrow, equipped with better knowledge, or superior understanding, we could realize a better sense of freedom.

There is no "simple" answer'. It is not absolute, but conditional. Economic freedom, Political freedom, Religious freedom. A lot of freedom: first?... Mine

Don`t know now, only a few years ago we had a freedom of choice, drinking, eating ,smoking what we want ,now we are told everything we touch turns to cancer, ask again in a few years and no one will be able to find the word in the dictionary.

Freedom is the right to refuse. Nothing more or less. If you are not permitted to say 'no' or opt out, you are not free in that regard.
