The best is definately The Undertaker. This is simply because the man is not ordinary, he's something else. I quote Shawn Michaels on the night after the 2007 Royal Rumble, "There were 29 other men, and then there was The Undertaker."
The Undertaker has been in the business for 17 years straight and is only becoming speedier and more agile. He's under the major spotlight, headlining matches, competing for the World Championship in matches like Hell In A Cell. The Undertaker is simply invincible. And when the time really does come for him to retire, I'm sure that nobody will be able to live up to the impact that he has brought upon the business.
Worst? Where do I even start. I'd say Bobby Lashley, Matt Striker, The Miz, and Snitskey. Above all this I'd say Lashley for the simple fact that he has all the body and nothing more. Pure muscle, great physicality, but 0% mic skills, 0% impact in the ring, 0% everything. The man is overrated. I don't even have to explain Miz and Striker...you already know the answers to those.

The WWE superstar with the best overall mic skill, I would have to say would be Chris Jericho. Talk about great promos, that man is simply amazing on the microphone. The Nature Boy, Ric Flair also new how to cut a create promo. Another honorable mention would have to "Captain Charisma" Christian. Glad to see him come back. WWE needs him... The WWE superstar with the worst overall mic skill, I would have to say would be Batista. Whenever Batista gets on the mic, it seems like he has no emotions what so ever, which doesnt appeal to the crowds. WQ: Undertaker, please could it be anyone else?

Worst: I really can't pick on anyone because most of the superstars now are really doing their job, despite altercations backstage... and those who haven't are being/have been released recently.
