There will be nothing in it for any of us. No survival skills will help you to survive the resulting nuclear winter. It will only take about 100 fifty megaton warheads detonating close to simultaneaously in a short period of time to throw this world into a nuclear winter. All water sources and food sources that have not been incinerated will be contaminated. The lucky ones will be the ones who die swiftly and die first. Those who remain and attempt to survive will suffer greatly before the end. Sound appealing does it? makes me glad to know that I live in close proximity to several prime targets of a nuclear attack!

I won't need to worry about any neighborhood association or mow the lawn either.
Maybe I can get my property taxes reduced at the next appraisal?

I don't anticipate one, however should one arrive I don't think I will have a lot of time to worry about it.
