Yes No and Maybe.
If you are in a country where consenting adults can view material of an erotic nature, then the answer is NO. . . however.
If you are looking at material that is "more than normal" porn, then the answer could be YES, especially when it comes to child images. This is HIGHLY illegal is most countries and they will arrest you for that.
Also If you view images in a country that has BANNED them, you would risk arrest, so the answer is a definate MAYBE !

YES! My neighbour got arrested because the CIA and the FBI monitor ALL porn and people who have looked at porn . What happens now, is they will 'tap' your internet connection and EVERYTHING that you look at online for now on until you get arrested will be spied on and documented.
