Well first off having a place with 2 bedrooms is a real great thing. But really a big whirlpool tub and some nice accents
just make it feel like a spa bathroom. Have track lighting this is nice ahve some shelves that you can place candles on. If you have the space have a a large tub surround so you have a place to rest a couple glasses of wine or bubbly. Really it is what you make it. Have fun.

I have never thought of bathrooms being fun, relaxing sure. Well, if you and your new mate have a good sense of humor and you want to express this....do so by framed cute sayings and or figurines depicting this. I have 3 bathrooms....Guest fullbath is simple, with one large countertop item of decor/candleholder. The guests have enuf room for their items on the counter. Towels are stacked on a tall wicker shelving unit easy to see and use, shampoo ,bath oils, salts, etc available in the shower and on the shelf unit. My Half bath is country Outhouse decorated, with pictures and fun stuff on a wall hung shelf unit. Master Bathroom....although under remodeling process, will have candles on tall candleholders around the tub, basic easy access to items used, with a hideaway planned added cupboard. Colors in the relaxing tub area should be what both of you like, and won't make you on edge, or jumpy but calm. Display the bath salts, or bubblebath/oils....making it more tempting to enjoy the bath together....

Just have a his and her bathroom two sinks and if you can't then make a more relaxing bathroom go to walmart they have really nice bathroom stuff buy magazines hampers nice things for your bathroom pictures that sooths and a boom box put music relaxing music like the ocean or sounds of birds in a tropical forest or fishes.

have 2 bathrooms or at least a his and hers with matching everything and a very big water heater i would imagine

let her have as much room as she needs...you take what's left.
And keep it clean, never let the trash get full, don't waste the hot water before she takes her shower...basically just keep her happy!
Because when momma ain't happy, ain't no buddy happy!
