The postal abbreviation for the United States of America is "US". A five digit code (beginning with 0 in the northeast and ranging up to 9 in the West) directs mail to a specific post office. To reach a specific address, four additional digits are added to the zip code.

5 digit numbers starting with lowest number on the east coast working it's way down then across america to california. First 3 numbers stand for the region in which the postal code is located.. usually an area within a state. 4th number is sub town as in like smaller city area and 5th number is more directly routed to subdivide the sub towns.
Long story short 11706 is Long Island New York and 90210 is California.

"Postal code" is the term Canada uses to refer to its postal code. America (US ?) uses the term "zip code". Canada and the US do not have one code to refer to the whole country. Postal and/or zip codes refer to a much smaller area, typically a "block" or even a single building. Rural postal codes may refer to a county or township but that's still considerably smaller than a whole country. A postal code that basically amounted to nothing more than another way to write the name of the country would be virtually pointless.

That's the zip code that follows the city and state. There are thousands of different ones in America. To find the one you need, go to www.usps.com and click on the Find a Zip Code tab at the top. You'll have to provide the address, city and state and it will bring up the zip code for you.

Post codes are how the post office identifies what region of the country to send each item to. Every number has a specific meaning, although I do not remember what each digit represents. Not every town has it's own, some are too small for their own. Some cities have several post codes. They are 5 digit codes, with 4 digit additions that aren't generally used except by the post office itself.

We call them zip codes here. Each town has one and if it is a big city, there are numerous different ones. Each place has 5 digits. The smaller numbers begin on the east coast like "10001" - Manhattan, NY. There are several other zip codes in Manhattan as well, 10002... and the larger numbers starting with 9 are on the west coast like "90210" - BeverIy Hills, California.

I will try to keep it simple. Your metabolism is basically the rate at which your body burns calories to create energy. So the faster your metabolism, the faster you burn calories and the easier it is to lose unwanted weight. To boost your metabolism naturally you just need to eat the right foods.
You can sit down and literally eat a 1,000-calorie dinner and yet be absolutely starving just a few hours later and the reason is simple: Because your body didnt get what it needed in those 1,000 calories so it sends signals to your brain telling you to ingest more calories and thus, the late-night cravings. That means that the surest way to end those late-night cravings and keep your weight loss goals on track is to eat a more balanced, nutritious diet that actually gives your body what it needs.
It's VERY EASY to lose weight if you eat the right foods. Check out this video here: http://www.sexyjese.com - it will blow your mind.
