No, he commited too much mistakes and relyed to much in Saudi Arab Oil, besides he was too slow to react against the 911 atacks.
No, the mistakes of his first period led us to a crisis in energetics that increased the price of gasoline, he was never able to find those alleged weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, and we're now engaged in an expensive war that seems endless.
No, he is by much the less intelligent president we ever had and in my opinion the worst so far.
