Do mac mini's have wireless internet?

From MAC mini specs on Apple's wesite:

Built-in AirPort Extreme Wi-Fi (802.11g); built-in Bluetooth 2.0+EDR (Enhanced Data Rate) module

They have Wireless NETWORK but this does NOT MEAN wireless "internet" you still need an internet account at home and a router with wireless capabilitis to connect to ourside world.

Outside you can locate hotspots in cafes etc to use internet (for a price)
